You can look up Tom Lieb and see all sorts of great things about him. Two weeks later he broke the world's record for discus throwing by throwing the discus 47.61 meters(156ft 2.4" He also coached Notre Dame hockey and track and field. Mr Lieb won the bronze medal for discus throwing in 1924.
